Is the location or sales figure guaranteed?
Not unless written into your agreement. Every site is assessed for footfall, customer profile and competition first.
What happens if a location underperforms?
NexGen reviews it and can propose operational adjustments, relocation, or other corrective steps as set out in your agreement.

Do I need to visit the machine daily?
No. Our operations team handles daily running. You can track performance remotely.
Do I need to hire staff?
No — this is a managed model. NexGen operates the machine; there's no staff to hire or supervise.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. NexGen handles repairs, refilling, cleaning and day-to-day operation.
Who manages stock and refilling?
NexGen manages stock planning, procurement and refilling for every machine in the network.
What happens if the machine breaks down?

What exactly am I buying?
